GLOBAL VALUE & GROWTH SICAV-FIS is for WELL INFORMED INVESTORS and is established as a Luxembourg specialised investment fund or fonds d’investissement spécialisé, in accordance with the law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds. Ownership of shares of GLOBAL VALUE & GROWTH SICAV-FIS is strictly restricted to well-informed investors, currently being (a) institutional investors, (b) professional investors or (c) any other investor who (I) adheres in writing to the status of well-informed investors and (ii) either invests a minimum EUR 125,000.- in GLOBAL VALUE & GROWTH SICAV-FIS or has been subject of an assessment made by a credit institution within the meaning of Directive 2004/39/EC or an investment firm within the meaning of Directive 2001/107/EC certifying his expertise, his experience and his knowledge in adequately appraising an investment in GLOBAL VALUE & GROWTH SICAV-FIS.
